Requirements:
Client-centered approachand ability to collaborate with amultidisciplinaryteam
Motivated self-starterwith superior technical, verbal and writtencommunication skills
Strong computer skills(i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook)
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist
Valid Drivers Licenceand access to a vehicle
Responsibilities:
Provide initial in-home/in-hospital assessments
Assess and treat individuals suffering from various neurological and orthopedic disorders and injuries
Help patients establish and meet meaningful goals within their home and in a community setting
Liaise with community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence
Maintain professional and technical knowledgeby attending training sessions and establishing personal networks
