As a DC Operations Supervisor, you’ll report to the Operations Manager. You’ll lead pick tower operations, manage evaluations, and uphold safety standards within a fast-paced environment. Your experience in distribution will be essential for driving team performance and meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise warehouse operations in the pick tower
• Ensure adherence to food safety and health standards
• Conduct team huddles for effective communication
• Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Mentor team members to promote productivity
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of distribution experience
• Strong leadership and warehouse operations knowledge
• Understanding of WHMIS and food safety standards
• Ability to work various shifts including Sundays
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
