Job Summary

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software, compilation of information from various sources, and facilitating small scale projects. It performs general office duties including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned.

  • Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
  • Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma, GED, or International equivalent
  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Accurate and rapid data entry skills

Basic Qualifications

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $22.50/hr to $36.55/hr pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
