This contract position involves working in dynamic environments and following strict safety protocols to ensure Zero Harm principles are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct and maintain underground installations and work platforms
• Scale rocks, drill, load, and blast as required
• Interpret and follow mine plans safely
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly
• Ensure personal protective equipment is used correctly
Requirements:
• Completion of Ontario Basic Common Core Modules
• Specialty Modules for Alimak Raise U0064
• 2-5 years’ experience as an Alimak Raise Miner
• Strong commitment to safety practices
• Ability to work both day and night shifts
