Role Description

The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising store activities, implementing sales strategies, monitoring inventory, and fostering team engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Winnipeg, MB, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team effectively while ensuring performance alignment with company goals.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and inclusive customer experience.

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within retail is highly preferred. Educational background in business, management, or related fields is a strong asset.
