• Implement individual Person Directed Plans
• Provide coaching on social skills and daily living tasks
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform NVCI techniques
• Flexible hours and valid Driver’s License required
• Experience supporting individuals with Autism preferred
