The Opportunity
The Auto Fleet Associate is the first point of contact for fleet accounts within our Winnipeg retail network. This role provides professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous advice to HUB fleet clients regarding licensing and insurance. It also responds promptly to fleet customer needs across our insurance solutions and highlights the benefits of maintaining an account with HUB International. This is a full-time opportunity at our Grant Park location.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for fleet accounts within the Winnipeg retail network, delivering professional and courteous guidance on licensing and insurance.
- Identify and respond to fleet customer needs across HUB International’s insurance solutions.
- Communicate the benefits of maintaining a HUB fleet account to clients and ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Working toward a Level 1 license (training and sponsorship provided).
- Sales and customer service experience in a retail environment is an asset.
- Previous insurance experience is an asset.
- Motivated to support a diverse team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Proactive and self-starting with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
