Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and transfer calls using a multi-line telephone system
• Greet customers upon arrival and direct them appropriately
• Assist in stocking in vehicles and managing registrations
• Process licensing for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Keep the work area and waiting area neat and professional
Requirements:
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Google Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
