This role focuses on providing technical support, managing project deliverables, and interpreting Axon release notes for clients. You will engage directly with customers, ensuring their needs align with product capabilities while collaborating with internal teams to drive enhancements. Your extensive knowledge of the IT landscape will be crucial in troubleshooting and developing technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients
• Participate actively in operational and technical meetings
• Monitor and address customer support tickets effectively
• Assist in training for API integrations and workflows
• Maintain deployment records and support invoicing processes
Requirements:
• Canadian citizenship and 5 years residency required
• Minimum of 5 years in an IT support or deployment capacity
• Demonstrated experience working with law enforcement agencies
• Deep knowledge of network technologies and Microsoft platforms
• Capability to work independently with minimal guidance
