Tofitian Café has a Full‑Time Bakery Management Position with staff accommodation available. We are seeking a motivated and passionate person to join our team in Tofino. Our café and bakery is a social hub for those who seek community, great coffee and tasty food.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Passion for creating delicious baked goods
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing
- Ability to work early mornings
- Must be reliable
- Open to learning new skills
- Ability to stay calm, focused and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in the food industry and knowledge of food‑safety guidelines
Position Details
- Full Time, year round
- Pay:
Starting $30+ based on experience - Additional compensation:
