We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Transfer Associate to support the processing of client account transfer requests. In this role, you will review pending transfer requests, communicate with external financial institutions, and resolve transfer-related issues while ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process 60–70 pending account transfer requests daily.
- Contact external financial institutions via phone and email to obtain status updates and resolve transfer issues.
- Ensure account transfers are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of communications and account updates.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting daily deadlines.
- Work independently and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for day-to-day communication, documentation, and tracking activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience processing account transfers.
- Previous experience working in a financial institution.
- Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
