Key Responsibilities:
• Contact B2B customers regarding outstanding invoices
• Manage collections portfolio and negotiate payment terms
• Develop relationships with customer accounts

Requirements:
• College diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2-3 years of corporate B2B collections experience
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
