Join the team at Maple Lodge Farms in Brampton as a Security Guard, maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors alike. Your vigilance will be paramount during nightly shifts from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am.
In the capacity of Security Guard, you will monitor access to the facility, respond to emergencies, and complete investigative reports for the Security Supervisor. Your duties will include operating communication systems and performing regular facility patrols, ensuring safety protocols are met after hours. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential in this critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control access and enforce company security policies
• Respond to incidents and prepare relevant reports
• Utilize radio systems for communication with the Security team
• Conduct regular patrols and checks of the premises
• Issue hot work permits to contractors as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience
• Valid Security Guard license from Ontario Ministry required
• Strong written communication skills for report accuracy
• Must hold a valid Ontario G Class driving license
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
