On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst – Salesforce for a 5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Analyst – Salesforce – Job Description:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on translating business needs into actionable requirements. This role is integral to aligning business objectives with technical solutions, supporting the delivery of enhancements, and resolving incidents.
Business Analyst – Salesforce – Responsibilities:
• Ensure business and system requirements are clearly documented
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Manage communications and deliver training for Salesforce enhancements
• Prepare and execute functional and end-to-end test cases
• Monitor training effectiveness and change adoption
• Support project teams in resolving delivery roadblocks
• Manage task delivery across all project lifecycle phases
Business Analyst – Salesforce – Mandatory Skills:
• 8 years of experience as a business analyst in Financial Services, with a preference for Wealth Management
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Effective leadership skills and ability to assume end-to-end project ownership
• Experience with SOQL scripting and ETL/integration tools like Salesforce Data Loader, Talend, MuleSoft
• Active Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Business Analyst – Salesforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing on Salesforce
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and JIRA/Confluence
• Ability to prepare testing-related documents
Business Analyst – Salesforce – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until approximately October 30th, with a possibility of extension.
