At Vitacore, we’re seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager dedicated to advancing our recycling division. You will focus on acquiring new clients in healthcare, government, and commercial sectors, as well as nurturing existing accounts.
Your role will also involve executing business strategies and representing our innovative recycling services that include PPE and battery recycling programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies for recycling services
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across sectors
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and sustainability leaders
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
• Monitor industry trends and emerging recycling opportunities
Requirements:
• 7+ years in business development or strategic sales
• Proven success in growing business and key accounts
• Experience in environmental services or recycling preferred
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
