Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Markham, ON, for a Business Development Representative. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, building relationships with prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing to overall sales strategy. Effective communication and collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams will be essential to achieving growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the lighting or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
