Business Information Management Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON
Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — 2 days a week (moving to 4 days a week TBC)
Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Start: ASAP
- Pay Rate: $70.00–$75.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday core business hours; overtime as needed
- Travel Requirements: Not required

Job Summary
Leverage data to analyze, address and improve the accuracy of financial transactions for resources forward deployed to support other segments of the bank. Working within a leading financial institution, you will support business-as-usual operations with a focus on Clarity financial management. This hybrid role will have an approximate 4-week training period and is part of a team of 8 people.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from the financial book of record (Clarity)
- Assess data to confirm accuracy of the financial transactions, identify discrepancies and causations
- Summarize findings and create a plan to address fixes within the financial reporting cycle
- Action the plan by leading/coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring fixes are done properly
- Assess opportunities to improve and streamline the process in future reporting cycles
- Interact with internal stakeholders, resources, and vendors working for the client
- Spend approximately 2 to 3 hours per day in meetings
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of overall professional experience
- Experience working within large organizations
- Financial knowledge and technical tool proficiency
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel skills including large data analysis, formulas, and merging files
- Proficiency in Clarity
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial data analysis capabilities
- Strong communication skills and collaboration
- Process improvements
