Position: Capital Markets Analyst – Insight Global
Join Insight Global as a Capital Markets Analyst and play a vital role in modernizing liquidity monitoring and cash management processes. Focus on collaboration and documentation to enhance IT infrastructure across Treasury functions.
We are looking for Senior Business Analysts with 5-7 years of experience in enterprise banking. A strong foundation in capital markets products, liquidity management, and financial infrastructure will be essential. You will engage with stakeholders and developers while supporting the documentation of requirements and compliance with OSFI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document key project requirements and specifications
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Develop BRDs and assist in UAT activities
• Oversee complex financial transactions and inter-departmental workflows
• Support cash management centralization initiatives
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in business analysis within capital markets
• Thorough understanding of Basel III regulations
• Experience interacting with regulatory bodies such as OSFI
• Knowledge of liquidity monitoring systems
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party vendors
