Job Description
Mandatory Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of trading, investment banking, post-trade operations, and trade lifecycle.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Experience collaborating with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale programs/projects.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business users, developers, BAs, and Project Managers.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration across teams and drive alignment on solution approaches and project objectives.
- Experience with project planning and tracking using Jira.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale Capital Markets transformation programs.
- Exposure to front-office, middle-office, and back-office business functions.
- Knowledge of trade processing, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Strong facilitation and change management capabilities.
