Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient progress through comprehensive wellness evaluations
• Create individualized exercise programs catering to diverse needs
• Document clinical data and maintain participant records
• Train patients and caregivers on home exercise plans
• Engage with rehab colleagues for coordinated service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or relevant field
• At least 1 year of preferred clinical experience
• Proficiency in exercise testing protocols
• Current Basic Life Support certification necessary
• Preferred Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification
