Position: Casual Aquatic Leadership Instructor Needed

This casual role requires you to report to the Aquatics Supervisor while focusing on delivering high-quality training for First Aid and lifeguarding. You will supervise course participants, ensure safety, and maintain a positive customer service attitude while supporting community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver aquatic leadership courses ensuring compliance with Lifesaving Society
• Supervise all participants for safety during training
• Prepare course plans with input from supervisors
• Record attendance and report any accidents
• Showcase customer service skills in all interactions
Requirements:
• Standard or Intermediate First Aid Certificate
• Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor and Instructor Certificates
• National Lifeguard Certification
• Specialized instructions for courses being taught
• Strong understanding of health and safety programs
