You will engage with residents by providing cognitive, emotional, and social support, ensuring their daily living needs are met. As a critical member of the care team, your dedication to quality improvement will enhance our community’s quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized cognitive and emotional support to residents
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ health conditions
• Assist with daily living activities, respecting residents’ rights
• Collaborate with team in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain hygiene and safety of residents’ living spaces
Requirements:
• PSW certificate or equivalent training
• Current CPR and Emergency First Aid certification
• Experience in senior care is an asset
• Strong communication skills with residents and families
• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
