Become a pivotal part of Enviros as a Child and Family Support Practitioner, focusing on youth support in a safe, structured program. This role is vital in implementing individualized care plans and building relationships with children aged 6-12.

As a full-time (1.0 FTE) Temporary position, you will work Tuesday to Saturday, supporting young residents while facilitating life skills and fostering positive relationships. Your responsibilities include supervising daily routines, assisting with facility maintenance, and managing administrative tasks. Enviros emphasizes a strength-based approach and team collaboration to ensure the well-being of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support young individuals in the Connects Program

• Implement treatment plans collaboratively with the team

• Assist in daily household routines and chores

• Conduct administrative case management tasks

• Foster a nurturing environment for skill development

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Services field

• Experience working with youth in group settings

• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices

• Current First Aid and CPR C certification

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Assist Enviros in providing a supportive and impactful environment for children in need.
