Position: Claims Adjuster for Northbridge Insurance

In this role, you will manage intermediate to complex claims, including litigation files. Your responsibilities will include confirming coverage, preparing internal reports, and effectively handling day-to-day tasks. With a customer-centric approach, you’ll engage with claimants, brokers, and legal counsel to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate intermediate to complex claims efficiently
• Confirm coverage and conduct thorough liability investigations
• Prepare detailed file summaries for reporting needs
• Manage a busy schedule while ensuring timely service
• Provide excellent customer experiences throughout the process
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in an insurance-related program
• Minimum 3 years of liability claims handling experience
• Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite
• CIP designation or pursuit is an asset
• Previous experience with commercial lines is beneficial
