Key Responsibilities:
• Forge strong client relationships for retention and engagement
• Lead product training sessions to boost user competency
• Act as primary contact for user inquiries and support
• Promote relevant industry content to clients
• Participate in meetings to identify client pain points
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 2-4 years in industry or SaaS consulting
• Proficient problem solver with critical thinking
