Key Responsibilities:
• Own operational excellence in managed cloud and EUC services
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex operational issues
• Provide mentorship to engineers and analysts for technical growth
• Collaborate on zero-trust principles and device compliance strategies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in platform reliability
Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in Azure/Mobile Workplace/EUC engineering
• 3–5+ years in technical leadership for production services
• Strong ITSM background with monitoring/alerting experience
• Deep knowledge of Entra Conditional Access
• Relevant certifications: ITIL 4; AZ-104/AZ-500/SC-100
