Position: CNC Mechanist ( Senior)

Job Title:
CNC Mechanist (Senior) Job Scope:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (milling/turning)
- Perform CNC programming and optimize machining processes
- Interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for plastic materials
- Ensure high precision and quality of finished components
- Conduct inspection and quality control checks
- Train and guide junior machinists
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency
- Maintain machine performance and handle basic maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC machining (preferably plastic precision engineering)
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and setup
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills
- Willing to work shifts if required (7am – 7pm; 11am – 11pm)
