Position: Counter Sales Associate (HVAC and Plumbing NB
What You Will Do
- Offer prompt product knowledge and information to customers in a professional manner.
- Respond to customers in a timely manner in person, by phone, or email.
- Prepare small order quotations on urgent contracting jobs.
- Pick customer orders from the warehouse.
- Perform necessary product research in catalogues and online.
- Verify all items are available for the customer as ordered and scheduled.
- Build positive relationships with customers and associates.
- Maintain stock of the counter area as needed.
- Offer help and assistance in the warehouse if required.
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution.
- Local market knowledge with HVAC and plumbing (asset).
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with AS400 (asset).
- Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills.

Compensation
Total compensation: $46,000-$52,000 and 4% PSP. The posted range represents the total compensation opportunity, which may include base wage, bonuses, commissions, and/or other monetary components, if applicable.

Must successfully pass a satisfactory criminal record check.
