Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to support the administration and ongoing management of commercial mortgage relationships.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate terms and process renewals of matured commercial mortgages and sub‑accounts of commercial MOne facilities within the administrative purview of both the bank and the Real Estate Finance Group.
- Conduct annual monitoring/client touchpoints for a portfolio of commercial real‑estate loans in a timely manner.
- Serve as back‑up to commercial mortgage closing officer(s).
- Stewardship of the business unit’s procedures.
- Ad‑hoc reporting, research and sundry tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years of related work experience in the commercial real‑estate space.
- Post‑secondary education.
- Exemplary written and verbal proficiency in the English language.
- Proficiency in both of Canada’s official languages. (Preferred)
- Industry credentials (e.g., AMP, PMPC, etc.). (Preferred)
Location & Compensation
Location:
Waterloo, Ontario.
Salary range: $51,975.00 CAD – $86,625.00 CAD per year, plus incentive programs tied to business and individual performance.
