Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality, portion control, and plate presentation
• Collaborate with Chef on creative menu specials
• Train and guide kitchen team on operational practices
• Maintain superior cleanliness and organization
• Monitor proper food temperatures and visual standards
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in full-service restaurants
• Must be available for morning shifts, starting at 7am
• Creative with strong communication skills
• Culinary degree or diploma preferred but not essential
• Food Safe BC certification required
