Position: Indigo Customer Experience Specialist

In this position, you will embody the spirit of Indigo by creating joyful moments for every customer who enters the store. Engage on the sales floor, leverage products to connect customers to our brand, and ensure safety and well-being in the environment. Responsibilities include understanding product lines and contributing ideas to improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and delight customers through engagement
• Curate tailored product displays and collections
• Model the principles of Indigo’s culture
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Experience in specialty retail is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to move around the store for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings
• Additional language skills are beneficial
