Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-person, phone, and remote support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues
• Monitor and document support tickets via Freshdesk
• Assist with new employee onboarding and technology setup
• Manage technology assets and maintain inventory records
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and remote access technologies
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
