We are hiring agents for day shifts to serve as the first contact for customer enquiries, complaints, and requests. Responsibilities include documenting all interactions accurately and taking required actions on resolved cases. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly
• Serve as the primary contact for customer feedback
• Capture call, email, and case details in the system
