Effective organization and communication skills will be vital for preparing quotations and following up on payments while also acting as a company receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls and respond promptly
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Dispatch technicians effectively
• Prepare quotations and invoices accurately
• Conduct follow-ups on customer accounts
Requirements:
• At least three years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Sage and Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Experience in the irrigation field advantageous
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
