Become a Customer Service Motivator at Good Life Fitness, enhancing member experiences at our Clubs. This pivotal role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fitness to welcome and assist both members and guests.
As a Customer Service Motivator, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for members and potential members. Your responsibilities will include greeting incoming guests, answering calls promptly, and providing assistance with fitness equipment inquiries. A strong knowledge of memberships and club services will also be vital for promoting products and maintaining a positive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members as they arrive
• Handle incoming calls efficiently, ensuring messages are taken
• Assist members with Fit Fix and Cardio machine questions
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members
• Maintain cleanliness standards through club runs and tasks
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and computer skills
