You’ll manage the complete lifecycle of implementation projects, focusing on configuration, client training, and continuous improvement. Your skills will ensure clients optimize their use of the Dayforce platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead lifecycle of Dayforce implementations for WFM
• Guide clients through configuration and testing phases
• Ensure compliance through process mapping
• Drive data migration and analysis
• Conduct training sessions and manage expectations
Requirements:
• Over 5 years implementing Dayforce and 10 years HRIS experience
• Proven client-facing project leadership abilities
• Deep knowledge of workforce management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with HCM integrations and data migration
