About the Role:
As Delivery Lead, you will report directly to our Head of Delivery and take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of product and platform initiatives. You will act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, compliance and other stakeholders.
This is not a glorified project manager role. We want someone who can hold a room, drive clarity in ambiguity, and push back hard when priorities drift. You will be embedded in our squads and will be a key voice in shaping how we work, not just what we deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives across our Payments, Banking, and Compliance product areas within the respective Team
- Take part in sprint planning, roadmap grooming, and delivery cycles — keeping the whole team honest about scope and timelines
- Partner with Product and Engineering Teams to translate strategic priorities into clear, executable delivery plans with defined milestones
- Proactively identify risks, unblock dependencies, and escalate trade-offs to the Head of Delivery before they become problems
- Provide delivery health metrics for the Head of Delivery: velocity, predictability, cycle time, and quality to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of our delivery practices and tooling as we scale
Skills & Experience:
Non Negotiables:
- 2+ years of delivery, programme, or technical project management experience — ideally in fintech, payments, or a crypto/Web3 environment
- Strong command of delivery methodologies; you know when to follow the framework and when to adapt it
- Proven track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and to a high standard in a regulated environment
- Comfortable working with engineers at a technical level. There is no need for you to be able to code, but you need to understand what you are asking for
- Familiarity with payments infrastructure: SEPA, SWIFT, virtual IBANs, payment rails, or Banking-as-a-Service platforms
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills so you can run a Sprint Planning for engineers and a delivery updates
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with crypto platforms, exchanges, or Web3 companies on fiat integration
- Familiarity with EMI or MSB regulatory frameworks (FCA, DNB, MiCA)
- Experience working with Banking APIs, KYC/AML workflows, or compliance-led product development
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
