Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance and maintain the company’s ICOFR program
• Monitor and support IT general control improvements
• Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and alignment
• Prepare updates for senior management and audit committees
• Mentor and develop team members into future leaders
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant IT risk experience
• CPA or similar certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of IT frameworks and regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience related to SOC1, SOC2, or ISO standards a plus
