Key Responsibilities:
• Lead evaluation of mergers and acquisitions and partnerships
• Develop financial models and analyze strategic fits
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
• Manage the end-to-end M&A process and integration
• Monitor industry trends and assess new market opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate development or investment banking
• Strong analytical, communication, and financial modeling skills
• Leadership and relationship-building expertise
• MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• Ability to quickly understand new subjects
