Overview

Director of Curriculum & Learning Jobs in Canada at Enriched Academy

Who We Are

At Enriched Academy, our mission is simple: to make financial freedom accessible to everyone.

We believe financial education should be engaging, practical, and life-changing. Through innovative learning experiences, we help people build confidence with money and create better financial futures for themselves and their families.

Today, organizations across Canada—including employers, unions, schools, government agencies, and professional associations—partner with Enriched Academy to address financial stress, one of the leading sources of stress for many Canadians. We deliver measurable impact through our online learning platform, live training events, educational resources, and one-on-one financial coaching.

We're a rapidly growing, fully remote organization with team members located across Canada and internationally. We're passionate about education, innovation, and creating learning experiences that people actually want to engage with.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the COO, Brynn Saretsky, the Director of Curriculum & Learning, will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of financial education at Enriched Academy.

Working closely with our executive team and company founders, you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our educational content ecosystem. You'll oversee curriculum and learning experiences that reach thousands of learners each year, including:

  • K-12 students
  • Post-secondary learners
  • Educators and administrators
  • Employees and workplace groups
  • Adult learners and coaching clients

This role combines curriculum leadership, instructional design, project management, content operations, and educational innovation.

You will be responsible for ensuring our learning experiences remain engaging, practical, measurable, and aligned with evolving educational best practices.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—equally comfortable designing curriculum frameworks, managing complex content development projects, collaborating with subject matter experts, and leading cross-functional teams from concept through launch.

Most importantly, the ideal candidate understands that great education is more than simply transferring knowledge. They know how to transform complex topics into learning experiences that are engaging, memorable, practical, and even entertaining. They are passionate about creating content that learners genuinely want to consume and apply in their everyday lives.

Your hours are yours to manage, so long as key performance indicators and project objectives are achieved.

This is a fully remote, full-time salaried position.
