Position: Director of Entitlements at Prologis

You will work closely with various departments including Capital Deployment, Government Affairs, and consultants to ensure timely approvals. The position demands a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead zoning and due diligence processes for multiple projects
• Develop entitlements strategy for Greater Toronto Area
• Partner with teams to assess feasibility of redevelopment opportunities
• Manage consultants to support entitlement efforts
• Represent Prologis in community and municipal engagements
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of GTA and Montreal permitting processes
• Experience in industrial development projects
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel 25%–40%
