Position: Dishwasher for Cogir Senior Living

This position reports to the Culinary Manager and is essential for creating a positive dining experience. Candidates should demonstrate empathy toward the elderly and have a passion for meaningful work. Key responsibilities include loading and emptying dishwashers, mopping floors, and ensuring hygiene in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, operate, and empty dishwashers
• Clean kitchen equipment and cooking surfaces
• Damp mop floors for cleanliness
• Maintain food storage areas and prepare equipment
• Attend in-service training to serve dietary needs
Requirements:
• Empathy for elderly and handicapped individuals
• Knowledge of food handling and storage procedures
• Ability to read and write in English
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong attention to detail in work tasks
