This part-time role is anticipatory for the academic year, supporting the Electrical Apprenticeship program under the guidance of the Associate Dean. You will be responsible for creating engaging course content and fostering an inclusive environment to meet learners’ various experiences. Your ability to provide constructive feedback will ensure students’ progress toward learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver courses using recognized adult education methods
• Update and enhance course materials to ensure relevance
• Foster an inclusive environment for diverse backgrounds
• Develop learning outcomes aligned with program objectives
• Communicate assessment methods clearly to students
Requirements:
• Licensed Journey person in Electrician Construction or Industrial
• Mentoring experience in industrial settings
• Proven commitment to educational excellence
• Proficient in computer literacy and adaptive learning tools
• Ability to teach in-person, online, or hybrid
Contribute effectively to the development of future electricians through engaging instruction and mentorship.
