As a casual worker, you will embody MSP’s values to assist community members, utilizing a community-centered care philosophy and responding effectively to their immediate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-judgmental support and resources to community members

• Assist in planning and problem-solving for immediate needs

• Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions

• Maintain safety and support for community members

• Collect and submit required statistics accurately

Requirements:

• Experience in human services, especially with homelessness

• Knowledge of trauma-informed and anti-oppressive care

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in crisis situations

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
