Position: Engaging Camp SEED Leader for Youth Discipleship Program
Transform lives as a Camp SEED Leader, guiding youth through a comprehensive discipleship program. Facilitate Bible studies and character development while leading a dedicated team.
As a vital component of a dynamic discipleship initiative, you will model Christian principles while encouraging teamwork and personal growth among participants. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily interactions and encourage participant growth
• Organize and conduct pre-camp orientation for SEEDs
• Develop strong relationships with campers and staff
• Provide emotional and spiritual guidance during camp
• Participate in camp facility preparation and training
Requirements:
• Must have a growing relationship with Jesus
• Experience in youth leadership and team dynamics
• Basic First Aid training is a plus
• Knowledge of Christian theology essential
• Holistic personal preparedness required
