As an Engineering Manager, you will report to the Senior Director or VP of Engineering or Operations.
Your role focuses on providing strategic leadership, guiding engineering governance, and fostering collaboration to strengthen performance. You will work closely with project teams, technical specialists, and leadership to drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering to deliver safe and innovative solutions
• Guide strategy, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster collaboration among engineering, operations, and stakeholders
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching and accountability
• Promote compliance and technical excellence across functions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is an asset
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in mining or technical environments
• Strong knowledge of engineering governance and risk management
• Bilingualism in French and English is a plus
