Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for security incidents
• Monitor and resolve network and system alerts
• Conduct interactions with employees for support queries
• Classify and register incidents for better tracking
• Create reports on security incidents using MS Office tools
Requirements:
• Understanding of network technologies like HTTP and FTP
• Basic knowledge of security tools such as anti-virus software
• Competence in scripting with Python and Power Shell
