Your role will focus on managing regulatory compliance and engaging with clients to enhance environmental credits from low carbon fuels.
This contract position requires strong analytical skills and a background in renewable energy. You will support the implementation and operations teams, ensuring adherence to Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations and assisting with data collection and validation. You will leverage your communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee renewable fuels projects ensuring regulatory compliance
• Gather quarterly documentation from renewable energy clients
• Conduct carbon intensity and lifecycle assessments
• Process and validate substantial data quantities
• Collaborate with clients and third-party auditors for facility data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or similar
• Experience with natural gas or renewable energy projects
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Canadian low carbon fuel legislation
