Candidates are expected to possess strong problem-solving abilities with 1-3 years of relevant trades experience. You’ll engage in diverse tasks, from electrical repairs to maintaining heating and plumbing systems, ensuring safe and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain heating, ventilation, and electrical systems
• Execute repairs on building structures and environments
• Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and equipment
• Assist in snow removal and grounds upkeep as needed
• Lead fellow staff on best outlet practices and safe procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Journeyperson electrical license necessary
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Valid Driver’s License required for site travel
