Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all phases of construction
• Supervise and coach site inspectors on projects
• Monitor construction activities against project specifications
• Prepare and certify contractor payment requests
• Facilitate independent technical reviews of project plans
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of related construction management experience
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent
• Preferred:
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to various project sites
